Upper West Side Condo

This apartment was gutted and completely renovated. All the walls were taken down to the studs or brick. Additional power was brought up from the basement and the apartment was completely rewired. In addition, all the plumbing was replaced. New walls and moldings were installed.

The renovation included two new bathrooms and brand new kitchen.

The client then hired us to work on his Westchester home.
